How it Works

The Learning Alignment Review is a 2 - 6 week process that involves up to 12 hours of time from your team. A typical engagement looks like this:

Scoping

Project parameters are agreed to and documented including participants from client organization, timeframe, scope of the review and any necessary rules of engagement.

Kickoff

A live meeting generally lasting no more than 30 minutes to lay out the scope, timeline, project team and expectations of team members.

Strategy and Governance Review

We review the "Rules of Engagement" for development, assessing how initiatives explicitly support 12-month organizational goals and evaluating the metrics for measuring development impact on the company's financial bottom line.

Technology Ecosystem Review

A comprehensive audit of your entire technology stack (LMS/LXPs, authoring tools, content libraries, coaching platforms, and performance enablement tools). We identify technical friction and evaluate the true Return on Investment (ROI) of your digital investments.

AI Maturity and Strategy Review

We determine your current position on the AI adoption curve, evaluating everything from initial, individual exploration to the planning and execution of enterprise-level AI integration, with a focus on optimizing workflows and enabling powerful learning journeys.

Skills Architecture Review

We evaluate the skills required for the next 3–5 years and assess the internal pathways currently in place to advance personnel from "Novice" to "Expert."

Culture and Leadership Alignment Review

We evaluate the "Trust Factor."
